Kolonel Coffee started its own roastery in 2016. We import our coffee through different traders all over the world. We then manually roast the beans with a Probat coffee roaster. Always in small amounts, so we can fully control the process.
An espresso or a filter coffee ask for different roasting profiles, determining their specific taste and aroma. We roast our coffee lightly to accentuate its flavour.
Always striving for the best, we test every batch by cupping.
On a weekly basis we roast for our customers, our own bar, and our wholesale customers. You can buy our coffee at the bar so don’t hesitate to ask the staff for further information.
