EL SALVADOR  -  FINCA NAZARETH

This coffee is a limited-edition coffee from the Finca Nazareth in EL SALVADOR. Finca Nazareth owned by Andres Acosta, is located in the town of Apaneca. This specific lot is a SL28 selection planted in 2020. This year, the harvest is even better then last year and more limited with only 1,5 bag available. 
The coffee cherries were kept for 72 hours in a barrel with closely controlled time and temperature and ph (anaerobic fermentation). The farmer creates a slow drying process by turning the coffee beans every 30 minutes on a drying bed for a period of 42 days.
The cup profile is characterized by a wine-like aroma, bright acidity with vibrant fruit notes like pineapple and mango, finishing with a clean aftertaste.
