ETHIOPIE ALAKA KORCHEMA 

A coffee born from the forest, shaped by the community and the highlands of Hambela which lies in the Guji zone, in southern Ethiopia. 

The coffees handled by Metad are rigorously traced at very stage of the process. Lots are primarily received in parchment and undergo several mechanical sorting steps, each removing a specific type of defect, before a final Hand Sorting. This process and quality control contributes to the final quality of this excellent coffee.

Expect a sweet cup with caramel flavors mixed with floral and fruity notes.
