PARAMOUNT BLEND

This bold combination was born during quality control at our roastery. We thought, what if we combine these two exceptional coffees?  The result is a fruity and complex cup!  These coffees are usually enjoyed as single origins and aren't typically blended, but we asked ourselves, why not?!  We loved the idea of doing something different just because we can! Playful, funky and bursting with fruitiness - introducing the Paramount Blend!

50% Ethiopia Gumbata  - 50% Colombia Teodolfo Lòpez

FLAVOR:  Creamy with floral notes, Marzipan, Red apple, Cherry
PROCESS: Natural - Washed Anaerobic
ROAST: Espresso
