COLOMBIA LA ROCA 

A beautiful honey - processed coffee from Tolima, Colombia. The cherries are picked at peak ripeness and first ferment for 36 hours. After depulping, fermentation continues for another 36 hours to develop deeper flavours. The coffee then dries slowly under close monitoring until it reaches 15% moisture. After 48-hour resting phase, it's packed in Grainpro bags to preserve freshness and quality. 

Sweet, juicy and vibrant - with notes of honey, pineapple and manadarin.
