Aquiares is the largest coffee farm in Costa Rica and a pioneer in sustainable coffee production. The farm is run by Diego Robelo, focusing on innovation, carbon neutrality and community impact. 
Processed as a red honey, the beans dry with a sticky layer of mucilage that adds sweetness and complexity. 
Expect a bright and juicy cup, with flavors like plum, red grapes and cocoa nibs.
