This organic, washed coffee from the Yirgacheffe region in Ethiopia is a true gem for coffee lovers who enjoy refined and complex profiles. 
Grown at altitudes of 1950-2200m, the cherries are hand-picked and carefully processed. After a slow fermentation, the coffee is washed and dried on raised beds. A traditional method that highlights that vibrant and floral character Yirgacheffe is famous for. Expect an elegant, sparkling cup with a perfect balance of sweetness and fresh citrus brightness.
